DECEMBER 20, 2006 - Trend Orix Corporation (“Trend Orix”) and
NEC Corporation (“NEC”) today announced the start of a strategic
relationship enabling Trend Orix to incorporate NEC’s
state-of-the-art application performance analysis software
technology, Mevalet, into its application performance solutions.
The agreement empowers Trend Orix to tightly integrate NEC’s
Mevalet technology and provide marketing, sales, services, and
technical support in the local market.

The technology solutions created as a result of the alliance
